Project Overview
The website was experiencing poor performance, especially on mobile devices, with a mobile PageSpeed Insights score of only 64. The main issue was slow loading times due to heavy video files on the homepage. The client requested a solution to improve speed and user experience, while also enhancing on-page SEO for better visibility.
My role
I worked on diagnosing the performance bottlenecks and implementing technical fixes to improve the site’s speed and SEO. The primary focus was on optimizing video loading and improving the mobile speed index, while ensuring desktop performance remained excellent.
